Help Details: Grade Us Buttons
Each page  from which you edit content in your site contains a GradeUS HERE button.  They are links to a simple questionnnaire.  This questionnaire is designed to give us your feedback about the effectiveness of these management pages.  The questionnaire consists of dropdown menus which are required to be completed.  There are also optional memos on the page where you can submit detailed comments to us.

These buttons no longer appear once the page has been graded.  They can also be turned off individually or globally, as explained later in this HELP.

We would appreciate it if you would take the time to grade each of these management pages.  Your feedback will be evaluated and used to make improvements to the pages in future releases.
Clicking the GradeUS Here button opens the "Make The Grade" page.  There are several questions on each page.  You can answer them simply by selecting an answer from the dropdown menu (1).

You can also add comments by expanding the "What would you say it needs to be better" memo area (2).

After you have completed the questionnaire click the Enter Grade button at the bottom of the page.

If you don't care to answer the questions and you don't want the button to show on the page, click the "Turn Off GradeUs Button HERE" link (3).
If you choose to turn the button off from the "Make The Grade" page, you will be notified if it is successful.
If you don't care to answer any of the GradeUS questions (which we hope is not the case) and you don't want the buttons to appear on any pages, click the Customer Page Grades icon in the Support section of your Control Center.
This opens a page that allows you to Turn Off (ALL Buttons on ALL Pages).

You may also select a specific page to grade, turn the GradeUs button on or off for individual pages, or turn the button on for ALL pages.
