Help Details: Manually Adding Names to a Mailing List
From the Domain Properties page of your mail account Click the List Administration text link.
Click on the List Name you wish to view.
Then click the List Users text link in the General List Options menu.
(1) You will then see the List Users page which gives you a list of your current mailing list users.
(2) You can add single users by clicking the ADD button link.
Enter the Email Address and Full Name of the new list user.
Click the Save button
You can also view and edit and add multiple addresses. From the List Users page click the View Addresses text link.
This presents you with a formatted text list of the addresses of your List Users in a Text Editor.
You can add single or multiple addresses to this list.
Each address must be on a separate line.
This feature is very useful for importing other mailing lists. You can copy and paste email lists into this text list.
Click the Save button to save your new list.
You can also view/edit and add multiple addresses and names. From the List Users page click the View Users text link.
