Phishing Filters:
 
Some phishing filters prevent the "Upload Complete" applet from displaying on your monitor.  If this is the case, temporarily disable the phishing filter when uploading pictures.
 
Internet Security Programs:
 
Norton 360 anti-virus prevents pictures from displaying in the upload i-frame.  Temporarily disable this software when uploading pictures.
