Calendar - Add an Event
In your Navigation Menu click on the Calendar link
At the top of the Calendar Selection page, to the left look for the Calendar Manage link. Click it.
The next screen challenges you with a login applet. Enter your username and password the click the Authorize button.
At the next screen select the Calendar you want to add an event to.
At the next screen click the Add New Event button
Select the Calendar Name
Select the Category/Subject
Enter the Event Name
Enter the Site/Location of the Event
If you wish to have the Event displayed in your online schedule check the Schedule Item? box
Enter the Date of the Event
Enter a short description of the Event
Enter as many details about theEvent as you need to provide
