In the Webs-a-gogo Control Center locate and click the Calendar Edit icon.
At the Edit Calendar Properties page, enter the New Calendar Name.

If this new calendar is to be your Primary Calendar, check the Primary Calendar box. ** There can be only 1 Primary Calendar **

If the calendar is for Public Viewing, check the Public box

If the calendar is for Staff Viewing Only, check the Staff Mbr box.  If ALL staff members can view the calendar, select All in the staff box.  If only select staff can view the calendar select that staff member's name.  If multiple staff members can view the calendar, hold the ALT key and select each staff member's name.
 
The same principle applies to editing the calendar.  If ALL staff members can edit the calendar, select All in the staff box.  If only select staff can edit the calendar select that staff member's name.  If multiple staff members can edit the calendar, hold the ALT key and select each staff member's name. 
Enter a Description of the Purpose of the Calendar .... Staff Events, Sales, Ball games, etc.

Use the Picture File Upload feature to upload any pictures associated with the calendar.

Click the Add it button to add the new calendar.
