Turn your Photo Album on or off in the Homepage Setup feature of your Webs-a-gogo Control Center:

 

 

Once it's turned on, refresh the site and it will appear in the Navigation Menu on the left of your site:

 

 

Click on the Link and you're taken to the Gallery.  Click on Add/Edit Pics

 

 

Login using your credentials:

 

 

You are now at your Gallery Manager.  Click the Add New button to add a picture:

 

 

You are now at your Picture Add page.  Enter a Name for the picture (1), a Short Description (2), upload the picture (3) and click the Add It button (4).

 

 

To delete a picture go to the Gallery Manager and click the Delete button located by the picture to be deleted:
