Global Settings (Site-Wide): For your Global Color & Styles settings in your Webs-a-gogo Module Website (WAG-MOD), click the Edit Colors & Styles icon in your Webs-a-gogo Control Center shown here:

From hereyou can also edit your colors and text formatting, to include site and header backgrounds, borders and HotSpot settings on your Homepage.

Press Articles Colors & Text Settings:
Using the toolbar of your Memo 1, 2, 3, 4, you can add addional formattings to text, backgrounds, borders and images. These settings would only apply to the contents of the Memo in which you are editing.
