| Q: | What if I decide I want to change the colors of my site. Is it a problem? |

No problem at all. With very few exceptions our templates are designed to accept color changes. Just go to your Control Center, select the "Edit Colors & Styles Site-Wide" icon, and make the changes you want. In the case of some designs you can also select from pre-made color schemes made especially for your design that will change the whole color look of your site with a couple clicks. To access color schemes for your template design go to your Control Center and click the "Template Color Schemes" icon.

| Q: | What procedures do you use to bill me for hosting, domain renewal, etc? |

DOMAIN RENEWAL: We will invoice you 60 days prior to the expiration date of your domain. We will send a reminder at 45 days, 30 days, and 15 days.
HOSTING: Hosting is billed every 30, 60 or 90 days depending on your WAG-PAC or other hosting plan. We will notify you at 15, 7 and 1 days prior to your shutoff date. |
