Q:
How can I delete a Press Article?
A:
From your Control Center click the Press Article Edit icon. From the To Edit (existing article) dropdown, highlight the article you want to delete and press Select. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete It button. WARNING: Do not delete an Article which came with your website, since some Article names are hard coded (i.e. Home, About Us, ContactForm, ContactThanks and others). Some hard-coded Articles also have a button on your site which would be rendered useless. Deleting hard coded Articles will result in broken pages. If you’re unsure, contact us.

Q:
Why when I “cut and paste” data into the Memo sections of a Press Article doesn’t it display correctly?
A:
Cutting and directly pasting data from sources such as Microsoft Word often transfers embedded code with the text. On the top line of the memo editor is a “clipboard” icon. Use this clipboard to paste and the problem should go away.
